Stamped PI for Bank.webp
To offer flexible, cost-effective payment solutions for global buyers, our company provides three compliant international collection channels for all orders. All settlement methods are fully legal and tax-compliant for export customs clearance and tax rebate.

1. Payment via US Dollar T/T Account (Globally Available, Recommended First)
Payment method: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) in USD via SWIFT system, available for nearly all countries worldwide.
Suitable for: Long-term regular clients, Europe, America, Southeast Asia and regions with loose foreign exchange policies, all order volumes.
Advantages: Simple operation, minimal bank charges, straightforward reconciliation.
Process: We will provide full corporate USD account details including beneficiary name, account number, bank address and SWIFT code. Funds usually arrive within 3–5 working days. Please mark your invoice number and product name in the payment memo for fast matching.

2. Local Currency Payment Available for Selected Regions
Payment method: Clients transfer funds directly in their domestic currency without USD conversion.
Covered regions: Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and other South & Southeast Asian countries with strict FX control.

Advantages:
Save extra exchange loss and correspondent bank fees;
Local domestic clearing enables faster arrival, avoiding delayed or returned cross-border payments.
Note: Contact our sales team to get local receiving bank details for your country.

3. Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C at sight) Supported
Payment term: 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight issued by buyer’s bank.
Suitable for: First-time cooperation, large machinery orders, buyers unwilling to make advance payment due to local FX regulations.
Advantages: Payment guaranteed by issuing bank once full compliant documents are submitted, effectively reducing default risks for both parties.

Important Reminders:
L/C involves extra bank charges including advising fee, document examination fee, which is more costly than T/T;
Strict document compliance standard brings complicated paperwork; T/T or local currency payment is highly recommended for efficiency;
If you insist on L/C settlement, we can use our alternative bank account to receive L/C proceeds, please confirm the bank channel with us in advance.

Suggestion
For lower cost & faster settlement: Choose USD T/T or local currency transfer;
For first cooperation & big orders without advance deposit: Negotiate L/C at sight as settlement term;
Feel free to contact us if you need bank info or operation guidance for any payment channel.
